This comfortable holiday home offers accommodation for two families or a group of friends up to 8 people who want to enrich their stay in a quiet area by the outdoor swimming pool with trips to easily accessible islands and neighboring scenic beauties as well as visits to the city of Split, which are only 30 minutes away Drive away.
The house is reached via Dorfstraße and the parking lot is just behind the house. The property is offered as 2 separate apartments each on one floor with its own entrance.
The staircase leads from the parking lot to the upper apartment with the kitchen, the shower room, a twin room and another room with a bunk bed and sofa. The door in the hallway leads to a spacious terrace with seating and a grill, where you can enjoy a beautiful sea and mountain view.

The lower apartment is entered through the outside staircase, which also leads to the outdoor swimming pool. In the small hallway are the doors to the double bedroom and the bathroom and another toilet room. Straight ahead across the hall you enter a large open kitchen with the exit to a small balcony. The kitchen is separated from another twin room by a door.
The location of the house offers a quiet stay and in the vicinity there are many sights that represent interesting destinations. Renting a car is recommended. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive (6 km from the house). The other four beaches carry the so-called Blue Flag as a quality mark. We recommend trips to the picturesque Omiš (30 min), Makarska (1 hour), to the ancient city of Trogir (40 min), the Krka waterfalls 81 hours). The center of the city of Split is particularly interesting with the famous Diocletian's Palace and the catamaran and ferry port, where you can board a boat to the islands of Brač, Šolta, Hvar or Vis.
