It was really hard, almost impossible to talk with the owners. Our room had mold, and garbage from other guests. The room was not adapted at all for 4 adults, contrary to what we reserved. The bed sheets were stained as well as the bed-couch. We ended up sleeping somewhere else without getting a refund. The room is also not safe for a family with kids since they can fall down the stairs.
