The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Checking out after 10 am will incur a $50 inconvenience fee per 15-minute waiting increment. Checkout past noon will add 150% of the next guest's reservation total to your late checkout fee.
Please gather your towels, sheets, linens, and place them in the laundry area. -If you have more than one bag, please secure all waste in a trash bag and set them by the front door.
Before leaving, please turn off all appliances, lights, and gas stoves.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
