The location near downtown was convenient for us and it helps that they had free parking. The room was clean and comfy and the staff was really helpful addressing our needs. There's a free small breakfast the next morning.

Toilet had poop on it. Floor was wet in the bathroom. Room had a smell so we ended up opening the slider. I called the front desk for several hours trying to reach someone. I am disabled so simply walking to the desk was not an option. I have have stayed at other Baymont locations and they were much nicer.

Hospital visit.

I like staying here for medical treatments nearby. It would be nice if they would upgrade their toilet's as they are so low and small.

The front desk staff were all amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The one major problem I found in room 313 was the toilet seat. It had been left up to show the cleanliness of the bowl, but when I placed it down to use it, the seat was completely covered with dried urine. I needed to use it, so I quickly wiped it down with toilet paper and water. Plus, the seat was extremely loose, I had to use my car keys to tighten the bolts to hold it in place. The bathroom vent fan was also filthy. Everything else was great, but this is why I only gave two stars for cleanliness.

It was very clean and quiet, we were a little worried at first because it's right in front of the interstate. But we never heard it. Staff was very nice.
