The hotel itself was clean and nice. However the bed is the worst bed we have ever slept on. And that’s saying a lot because we’ve been to some pretty terrible places. It was increasingly disappointing because we were told it was a new bed. We were visiting for an archery shoot and were so sore from the bed we had to forfeit our second day of shooting. It was disappointing to speak to staff about the issue we were having and they had no solution and no want to help other than, well that’s weird it’s new.

Good stay for families

The stay was fine, it was a last minute overnight. The pool was fun for my niece, lots of kids and families. Only complaint was the people/ kids running down the halls were noisy.

I prefer to stay outside of downtown Spokane. So, I like the location of this hotel. The facilities are fine - nothing special. But, the staff has always been great and I appreciate their friendliness and service.

Great stay!

Our stay was a last minute booking, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We did not have time for breakfast but it looked like they had good choices. Would stay again!
