It is a very nice property. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. I love the 24 hour fitness center and pool/hot tub. Every aspect of the property was clean and our stay was quiet. Now for the only negative thing that I have to say; I didn’t sleep good. I suspect it was the heater blowing on me during most of the night. When I turned it up to take the chill out of the room, my sinuses reacted and I couldn’t breathe through my nose and was sneezing constantly. This caused me to wake up completely at 4 am and turn the heat off. After turning the heat off, my ability to breathe normal returned. At this point I was awake and had a hard time going back to sleep. My only guess is maybe it was the air from outside the room being blown in. Since the location is downtown and close to other buildings, there may be a lot of trapped fumes and pollution that was being blown in. I don’t know that this is something that can be fixed by the hotel itself since the heater/ac unit appeared to be very clean, but it tainted an otherwise perfect stay.

Excellent hotel. Beautifully decorated, very clean, beds were comfortable, the included breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. They went out of there way make my two day stay extraordinary and memorable. Contacted me multiple time throughout my stay to be sure every need was met. I highly recommend this hotel.
