Staff was friendly, answered questions and check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. City view was lovely. The late night cookies and access to 24/7 coffee in the lobby was nice. There is also a little store in the lobby for snacks. Lobby is inviting and has plenty of places inside and outside to hang out. Free parking was a must for me. No hidden fees beyond what I booked. The room has a small refrigerator, miceowave, shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Full size shower head. Can ask for other toiletries if needed. The breaksfast (6:30am-9:30am) had variety (fresh pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, muffins, juices, cereal and milk, bagels, etc). Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I was happy with this! No complaints and very positive experience. Would consider staying again or referring friends if they visit the area.

The staff were great. The lobby is open and attractive. I appreciate that they welcome dogs. The room was clean but the street noise was occasionally irritating…not to the point to where I couldn’t sleep. The lighting was cold like florescent lighting and too dim.

Excellent

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and quiet. 5 minute walk to the Spokane River, and a little longer down the Spokane Falls. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great. Oh and free evening meals Mon-Wed including free wine and beer as long as youre not intoxicated. I had 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup and rolls, plus 3 beers, all free. Give this spot a try!
