Room is basic and appropriate to price point. Bed is firm and heating/ac are sufficient. Cleanliness varies greatly and most rooms are in need of basic cleaning when you check in. The staff varies greatly in responsiveness to concerns and problems. Parking is adequate and valuables should not be left in vehicles.

We had two rooms. Room A: was dirty, missing a pillowcase, shower so gross we didn’t use, and way too hot despite using the heat/cool system. Room B stank strongly of cat urine and we couldn’t get it warm even though heater set to 80. Will not say here again.

There was left over food in the fridge, the bathmat was left in the shower and was wet due to the shower bring wet. No shampoo or conditioner was provided only 3 bars of soap. I found hair in my bed and small pubic hair in the shower. I cleaned my own shower in order to take a shower before i went to bed. On the positive side Robert the GM was amazing!!!
