With two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a fun recreation room complete with ping pong, this home is perfect for families and groups of all sizes. Explore the university or nearby attractions, then come back to relax in our comfortable and inviting space
Guest Access:
You can use the whole house, deck and backyard. There is lots of parking with a garage and large driveway.
Getting Around:
- 4 minute walk to Whitworth University
- 19 minute drive to Downtown Spokane, The Podium, & Spokane Arena
- 25 minute drive to Spokane International Airport
- 1 hour drive to Silverwood
Other Things to Note:
-Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.
-High Speed WiFi ready to handle up to 20 guests.
-Basement features large recreational room with ping pong table and Smart TV.
-Basement bedrooms have none egressed windows.
