They definitely need to check their rooms for proper cleaning. The staff is friendly but the attention to detail of how clean a room is lacking a lot. Soap all over the bottles in the shower. Spots all over the bathroom floor. Weird bug looking things behind the toilet. All the flat surfaces needed to be wiped down and the duvet had some dry crud on it. Took 32 min to get a cesar salad from the bar/ lounge place It’s an airport hotel so don’t expect it to be quite as ppl are coming and going 24/7

Hotel photos online are false representation and misleading. We literally chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub which were both “under construction.” How long have they been inoperable? Hotel should inform guests when the amenities are not open or working. Didn’t stay for more than an hour. Complete waste of money. Hotel felt old with “lipstick on a pig” feel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolute disappointment.

I specifically called to ask if the pool, slide and hottub were operational. I was told that they were. The hottub and slide were not on and the pool was cold. There is no coffee or microwave in the rooms.

Big comfy room. Good layout. Quiet. Nice fluffy pillows. Cheerful staff at both front desk and breakfast area. Only disappointment was low quality foods for breakfast. Other than a sad bowl of oranges & apples, there was nothing nutritious or made with love. The usual sugary cereals, powdered eggs, frozen potatoes, waffle machine, etc. I would’ve loved a bowl of real oatmeal (not instant), muesli, or fruit salad or locally sourced whole grain muffins. I guess I’m spoiled by my stays in European hotels!

We flew in late and the hotel was right there at the airport . Worked out great for us . Breakfast the next morning was good . The convenience works out great whether you need a room the night before an early flight in the morning or flying in late to stay and start the journey home the next day . They offer an airport shuttle if you need that as well .
