The location is older and it showed. The TV in the room did not work and the knob in the shower was broken and unable to shower. I told employee next morning, however was never looked at when i returned at night. Night manager had to come in and fix at night so we could shower. Breakfast next morning was ok-creamer was expired.

I made a reservation through Expedia. I arrived to check in at 7pm. Upon arrival they said my reservation was cancelled due to my card on file. I DIDNOT receive any notice via email or phone from hotel or Expedia. Gentleman told me I would need to go to another hotel because they did not have a room. Disappointed

No blankets on bed. Sheet and bedspread only. Two small pillows on bed. Holes in the wall, broken cabinet in room, no hair dryer in room. Front desk attendant no where to be found when trying to check out. Stood at front desk for 8 minutes ringing bell. Breakfast was okay. No pens or paper in room. Alarm clock next to bed was not plugged in. Caution tape in front of motel blocking off an area. We were surprised that this was a Ramada property.

The overall experience was not good. The sink was not draining very good and the electrical outlet shorted out when I tried to charge my phone. I let the front desk know and they said they would have maintenance take care of it. Well that never happened during our two night stay. We just had to suffer through it. Horrible place to stay. Never again!
