The Space:
You will have full access to one side of a duplex that is built 2024 and is ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the river or unwinding after a day of adventure, this home is the perfect place to recharge.

The main floor has a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, a dining table, a living room with smart TV along with slider doors that lead out to the deck. There is also a half bath on this level.

Upstairs you'll find the primary suite with a king bed, TV and a large ensuite bathroom, along with two other bedrooms: one with a queen bed and a TV, and one with a bunkbed and single bed.

The garage is a true bonus, featuring a ping pong table and a variety of other fun table games—perfect for kids (and adults) of all ages! Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly game night or a place to burn off some energy, this space is a kids' paradise.
