Check in was great. Samantha was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and it was quiet. The staff at check out were discussing another roomand continued their conversation for several minutes while I stood there waiting. I do think they could have paused for a moment, but overall it was a great stay.

The room was very clean. The chair in our room was comfortable but could use recovering..All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We had a room that was extremely quiet, did not hear any road noise. We were happy of this, we read other’s reviews and were kind of nervous. It was an all around great 3 night stay!!! We will definitely book again when we go visit our daughter!

The hotel is 3 levels with no elevator. The rooms are cramped and there is no way to adjust the room temperature. We booked multiple nights but they didn't see the last day in their system. I had to call Hotels.com multiple times with no solution provided. The hotel gave me every excuse possible "my manager isn't answering", "we have to go next door to use that computer", "we need to get the phone from the cleaning ladies". They were quick to get me a refund authorized. I then booked a hotel on my own instead of using Hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel and i would think twice about using Hotels.com in the future.

No breakfast was offered. Staff was very unfriendly and appeared to be telling stories about themselves that were not true. No help was offered when room appeared to be occupied and the woman cleaned could not be reached to give help for an item lost in the parking lot. Next night five miles down the road the exact opposite of each statement!!!

Everyone seems to have a story of a company that hires people down on their luck and gives them a job—but I don’t think that anyone necessarily needs a new heart transplant should be working except for the fact that there is a tax incentive to hire these kind of women or men so the bulk of the wages paid are substantially paid by a reduction in taxes

Older hotel but rooms were clean. Listed as serving breakfast but they only had oatmeal packets. They gave us $7 off vouchers for the Dennys next door but only for the adults staying in the room, not the kids.
