Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Small bathroom but more than functional. More than reasonable rates for a downtown location. Quite a lot of homeless drug addicts in the area but never any direct issues with them. Nobody ever messed with my vehicle either. Convenient location in proximity to the hospital we were visiting each day to be with a family member there.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It is just what i needed. The room is clean, fresh, perfect. I didnt get up in time to have breakfast but thats a bonus. The location is really good too.

Admittedly a pretty basic room in a sketchy part of town but inside, it was fine. Room was clean (though no daily room cleaning). Breakfast offerings were basic but fine as well. The biggest plus is it's a 5 minute walk to Deaconess and I left my car parked at the hotel for my stay.

Everything was wonderful until I had breakfast in the breakfast area with the local homeless crackheads. I used to stay here a few years ago, went downhill. Rebranded recently, I figured I’d try again. Won’t be back.
