The Courtside Suite - Spokane

A refined, moody retreat with rich textures, inviting decor, and room to unwind. This spacious suite offers a full kitchen, elegant living space with a sofa that sleeps two, a serene bedroom, bunk area, and private entrance. Enjoy direct access to the outdoor court and a quiet setting just minutes from the VA hospital, some of Spokane’s best restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Spokane.

Lower level of duplex. Oversized suite offers plenty of space for guests. Beds sleep four people, but there is a modular sofa if you need to sleep two more. We are happy to accommodate six guests, but please note that there is one bathroom.

There is always plenty of street parking. Please do not use the driveway.

The main house (Unit B) is not included in the rental. You can access the entrance of unit A by going down the stairs to the right of the property. There is a black screen door that leads into a private landing area. You will find the entry door on the right hand side of the hallway.

If you need anything at all, please reach out via the app and we will get right back to you. Management is not on premises, the upstairs is occupied by long term tenants.

Please be mindful of quiet hours and please do not smoke on the premises.

We are more than happy to allow pets! Please just pick up after them if they use the yard.
