I was charged an extra $25 just to check in two hours early, which was frustrating. On my first morning, I noticed a rash on my arms—I initially thought it might be from the shower gel, so I stopped using it the next day, but the rash persisted. Every time I lay in bed, my skin felt itchy, which was very uncomfortable. When I returned to my room that afternoon, it hadn’t been cleaned—no fresh towels, and the bed wasn’t made. I called the front desk, and they said they would notify housekeeping. The next day, my bed was made, but by the third day, after another complaint, only the towels were replaced. Overall, not the experience I expected. Cleanliness and comfort were definitely lacking.

Sadly they put us in the elevator shaft so all we heard all night was the elevator. They claimed it was For the cleaning people to easily clean the room. However, they forgot to clean the room. Won’t stay here again

Almost all good.

We have stayed at the Towers before and love it. This time they did not have my room available and we didnt check in until after 500 pm. Eventually we got into our room and the rest of the stay went well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Had a few minor inconveniences in room with the bed sheets having been put on still very wet so needed new bedding and the hair dryer didn’t work. Area has lots of homeless but my daughter and I noticed a heavy presence of security so I feel they are trying to make it safe and that did help use feel better walking to local restaurants.
