Arrived in hotel parking garage, left car and came to desk with luggage. Was 2:30 pm. Clerk advised check in was 4:00 pm and there would be a $25 early check in fee, "is that ok". I said no,it was not ok.We had to wait in the lobby bar for one and a half hours to avoid that ridiculous charge. We have stayed at the Davenport Tower many times. They first instituted a $20 misc fee, which they collect at the hotel. Then this. Its not like we arrived at 11 am and wanted to check in Please encourage your hotels to stop these fees.

We were told we would receive a $25 dining credit each night but because we didn’t use all of it we didn’t receive any credit. It was not explained that you had to use all, that you couldn’t use just some of it.

Favorite hotel in Spokane!!!

Davenport Tower is the perfect mix of elegant opulence. The rooms are elegant and the beds are the most comfortable. Staff is very pleasant and the Lounge has good food.

Great Service & Friendly Staff

Our stay at the Davenport Tower was much better then our stay at the Historic Davenport in December 2024. From check in to check out and everything in between (drinks at the Safari Room & coffee Sunday morning), service was friendly and timely. Our room was clean and comfortable and less noisy. Our boys enjoyed the pool!

They want to change 25 dollars to check in before 4. The line to check in after 4 was 40 min wait, felt like a free lunch line!!! 35 dollars to valet park or 28 to self park or park on the street,
