Villa Emma is a beautiful ancient Salento mansion restored to splendor, now a cozy vacation home for rent in the center of Spongano, the heart of Salento.
Modern and comfortable, the interiors are equipped with all accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle etc.

Villa Emma was born from the careful renovation of an old typical Salento dwelling, located in the center of the town.
The courtyard, the ancient star vaults, the arches and the stone beams brought back to life are just some of the elements that make the atmosphere cozy and authentic.
The entrance beyond a small door reveals the beauty of the inner courtyard, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. From here also start the stairs leading to the terrace, where there are two outbuildings.
The living area on the ground floor consists of large living room with sofa and TV, living room with modern open kitchen and dining room from which there is access to the outdoor courtyard.
The first floor is completed by 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.
The outbuildings located on the terrace are 2 double rooms with en suite bathroom.

Villa Emma is a convenient solution to enjoy vacations in the Lower Salento, a few minutes from famous tourist centers on the sea but at the same time in a small quiet and well served town.
Spongano, in fact, is located in the first hinterland of the beautiful medieval town of Castro, a seaside destination just 6 km away from the vacation home.
Santa Maria di Leuca, extreme tip of the Heel of Italy, with its sanctuary to the Madonna de Finibus Terrae, its wonderful villas, and sea caves, is about 25 km away.
Otranto, with its legendary historic center, wonderful beaches, unspoiled nature and small bays, is about 30 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Occasionally, early in the morning, a neighbor comes into the yard to water the plants.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
