Formal living room, upscale family room with gorgeous built-in bar and attached deck, formal dining room with butler's pantry, and large gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with beautiful waterfront views.

Lower level includes state-of-the-art ping pong, flat screen TV and cable, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with walkout entrance to patio overlooking pond.

All guests will respect my home and property at all times. No furniture should be moved or relocated. Certain items and locations are not available.
