The Space:
Perched above Spring Beach on Tasmania’s stunning East Coast, this brand new coastal retreat is perfectly placed for a relaxed seaside escape. Just minutes from Orford and with easy access to the beach via a track at the end of the cul-de-sac, it’s also an ideal base for day trips to Maria Island and the surrounding wine and coastal regions.

Freshly built with modern design and finishes, the interiors are light-filled and welcoming, with a wood heater creating a cosy space for cooler evenings.

A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances makes cooking simple, and there’s a modern bathroom plus an additional powder room for convenience.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with two bunk beds — perfect for families or groups.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the fire pit, large deck, and settee, along with beach toys provided for those long days by the water.

Every detail has been designed for comfort and ease, from generous living spaces to stylish furnishings. Spring Beach is a quiet coastal community on Tasmania’s east coast, just a few minutes’ drive from the township of Orford. Known for its long stretch of white sand and clear blue water, it’s a favourite spot for swimming, beach walks and relaxed family holidays. The area is peaceful and laidback, yet close to local cafés, shops and services in Orford. With Maria Island National Park a short ferry ride away, and wineries and scenic drives nearby, Spring Beach offers a classic Tasmanian seaside escape.

It is best to have your own car to really experience everything the East Coast has to offer.
