Great place! Had a wonderful stay. Great outdoor area with both sun and shade. Pool was great and especially enjoyed the large screened in area on the second level which was great for morning coffee, meals and sootting manatees. Area on canal just off the main river was good too. Saw manatees most everyday and even dolphins a couple of times. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The house was very clean and had all the necessities. We watched the manatees and dolphins swim by from our bird's eye view on the upper level screened porch. The kayaks and pool toys provided us with hours of water fun. They even provided blankets for our dog so he could sit with us. Communication with the owners was answered promptly and politely. We loved this home so much that we booked another week before we left! Highly recommend!

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The property was well maintained with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The screened in porch was nice to sit out on and the pool was a lot of fun. There were plenty of floaties for the pool and plenty of kayaks for everyone to use. The house is located on a corner of two canals, so we were able to see the Manatees swimming from both sides of the property.

this is the second time we have stayed here. the house is wonderful. beds are comfortable. the kitchen looks great being remodeled from the last time we stayed there. overall the house is a great place to stay. having the kayaks was great loved doing that, seeing the manatees, watching the fish fly. over all we will stay again.

We really enjoyed everything about this place. There’s plenty of room for a big group and we liked all the space.Saw lots of manatees and kayaking was great which was a new experience for us. Lots of local places to eat and things to do. The pool looked inviting but just too cold for us to get in! We did have some warm and sunny weather! Some things need attention to fixing but overall a great place to stay.

Loved everything about this place. The location was perfect for easy access to Weeki river every day. Pool was great for relaxing after a long day of kayaking. Hopefully owners will update bedroom pic to show the tiny cot bunks have been replaced by nice size bunk beds. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Holiday
