Welcome to your small cozy retreat in Weeki Wachee / Spring Hill

NO SHARED SPACES, Enjoy a comfortable, and private only for you stay in this small but cozy studio, ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to relax and explore the area. While compact, the space is thoughtfully designed to make the most of every corner and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation includes a private bedroom with one queen bed and one futon, full private bathroom, and a functional kitchen

The house has central AC and the thermostat is located in the main part of the house, not in your bedroom. So, if you have a specific temperature preference, please let us know, and I will try to accommodate it. I should mention that although the house has walls, since we live here, you can occasionally hear sounds or voices in your kitchenette area. If you are very sensitive and don't like to hear anything, this might not be the best place for you, although, y our bedroom has a door that, when closed, will provide all the silence you desire.

Great spot in an area that does not have alot of hotel options. Which was great as this little studio style space was far better than a hotel. Cutie little private patio to sit and have a glass of wine at the end of the day, as the patio faces east it is shaded from the hot FL sunshine in the evening. Well equipt little kitchenette with hot plate and all the necessities we needed to make and eat meals on site.
