2 separate houses on 1 property with large fenced in yard. Main house 2 bed/1 bath and studio cottage. Relax on the porches, grill your catch, & eat under the trees. Steps from the water, making it the ideal spot to sit in serenity, fish, kayak, float, soak up sun at Pine Island, or catch the mermaid show. Breezy, quiet, laid-back, & surrounded by natures beauty. Steps to sunrise to the east or the sunset to the west. Welcome to Old Florida, your cozy escape nestled in the heart of Weeki Wachee.

The space
Very quiet and serene Old Florida style surroundings. Located on a double lot with large fenced in yard. Corn hole and other yard games for outdoor fun. Outdoor grill and dining under the trees. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and your boat trailer or RV. Unbeatable sunset view into the Gulf is a 3 minute walk. Sunrise is just to the east over The Mud River. Excellent fishing is just a short walk north. Laundry onsite.

Guest access
Access to fully fenced in double lot, outdoor furniture, grill, and laundry room. Yard games provided in laundry room. Kayaks and beach chairs in carport.

Other things to note
This home is 1 block away from the Gulf. Bring your fishing poles and cook your catch on the outdoor grill! 1.3 miles from the Bayport Boat Ramp, kayak launch, and fishing pier. 2.7 miles to Pine Island. 5.7 miles to the world famous Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Room for parking your boat and trailer. Beach chairs and 2 kayaks provided. Kayak transport not provided.
