Disgusting property

Checked in and was greeted with a terrible smell. Checked appliances and were dirty and not working. Cabinets had dead bugs and live bugs. Couches were broken and disgusting and bed sheets were stained torn and no mattress cover on dirty disgusting stained bed. No communocation from VRBO or Host for refund for nights not stayed there due to disgustingness
