No parties or group events. Violations will result in cancellation and $500 fee.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property. $300 fee for odors or evidence.

Max 12 guests — no illegal activity or third-party bookings allowed. Having unregistered guests stay or going over the limit will result in a cancellation with no refund.

No RVs or oversized vehicles. $75/day for unauthorized parking.

Excessive mess: $200 cleaning fee
Lost garage remote: $45 replacement
Lost & Found: Return shipping is $35

Overstays: $200/night, subject to AR Act 238

Casa Maya is in a pet-loving community, so you may occasionally see and hear pets in the neighborhood — up to 2 pets are welcome per stay with a $75 cost. Must be house-trained and cleaned up after.

Trip Alterations & Cancellations:
All bookings follow Vrbo's Relaxed Cancellation Policy. Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or during the stay, are non-refundable.

Alteration Requests: To maintain a reliable schedule for our laundry and cleaning team, any request to shorten or move a reservation within 14 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking. Trip Extensions are approved based on calendar availability.

Last-Minute Changes: Guests wishing to change dates at the last minute are encouraged to cancel their current stay according to the policy and submit a new "Instant Book" reservation for any available future dates on our calendar.

By booking, guests agree to be responsible for any damage or rule violations, and waive claims against the host or cleaners for accidents or issues related to the use of the house and its amenities.

Quiet area and close to attractions

We had a family of four stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together and also have space to separate. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to everything we were interested in doing. The kitchen was stocked with cookware if you plan to cook. We loved the coffee bar! The beds are firm. We really enjoyed our stay!

A few improvements could improve comfort

Mattress toppers on all beds would be nice! Personally would have preferred double bed over the couch bed. Loved the coffee set up and cleanliness of the home
