The staff and facilities were excellent at this property. There was an issue with the type of unit I booked and what they had available when I arrived. The staff explained the room change that was made at the last minute and why I wasn't made aware in advance so that I could look at other lodging, that was very stressful. The situation required I book another room close by to accommodate my group that added extra costs to my stay. However the manager named Tyler that made the room change decision compensated me for the added room costs that were incurred. This didn't change the disruption in my original plans but I was satisfied by how it was handled and give them an excellent grade on how they handled the fallout from their decision to change my room type last minute without consulting with me in advance. The facility otherwise met my needs and all other expectations. I am still very glad I booked the accommodation at Cable Mountain Lodge and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Everything in the Lodge and the Village was immaculate. Staff were very courteous and very happy to serve us. We even got a call asking is we needed anything because we had placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door. Pool was great, as was the hot tub after a day of hiking. How convenient to have a coffee shop, gift shop, restaurant and entrance to the park practically right outside our door. We cannot recommend this place enough.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our National Parks trip. Room was spacious and clean. The patio had a view that was unbelievable! Staff was helpful and kind. Room had everything you could want in a stay. Highly recommend!

Awesome location to the Zion National Park entrance. So convenient. I rented my Narrows gear from Zion outfitters right next door and was ready to hop on the shuttle in full garb. The next morning. So easy!! The front desk was also very helpful in keeping an eye out for a Home Depot delivery that was super appreciated. Great hotel!

Excellent accommodations and location

The “room” was more like an “apartment”. Enjoyed being able to walk to the park shuttles. Had a minor snafu with the coffee pot cracking in the dishwasher, but it was promptly replaced by hotel staff.
