The check in was the worst we had ever had it.
First we arrived early just to see the hotel before going hiking the young man was really rude .That was 1 pm so at 4:30 pm we came back to check in so two people were there , a older woman and a young woman, the younger was really rude and nasty with us in front of my 9 years old . We ask to confirm the bedding was hypoallergenic like it was in the expedia app when we booked. I also had a message with the hotel weeks prior just to confirm because my son has allergies. When I mentioned she flipped on us like I was a crazy person that they never heard about it and it was not on the website the expedia was lying. I had the text message exchange with the hotel but she was not interested and the older woman ask the manager who was hiding in the other space and she said he didn’t know too . I just booked a almost $$500 two nights for nothing. We always visited Zion and there is a good variety of hotels to choose but I only choose that because the bedding. I felt treated my son was scared and sad because he was afraid to sleep there and get his rashes like it happened one time in another hotel. We were tired and afraid to sleep there. I waited to leave town so I can speak now those people have no idea about customer service and respect that young lady has so much hate for people and we didn’t feel safe in there. So sad
