Noise from unit above was loud and annoying (footsteps and opening of curtains which sounded like a train going through. Housekeeping never showed on one day, and did not replenish coffee on another. For a room so pricey these should not be issues. View from room of mountains was spectacular.

They are in the middle of construction so a little noisy The deck was great with a beautiful view The transport to Zion entrance was right outside our hotel room. Enjoyed staying here

Near the end of town but the Springdale shuttle bus stop is just out front. We were offered a discounted voucher for breakfast at Oscar’s which was a very good restaurant and a short drive or shuttle ride toward town. There’s are only stairs to the second level rooms. There is an EV charger by Blink which is inconvenient to operate if you do not already have an account and member card. One of two chargers didn’t work at all after going through the entire activation process.

Spectacular view ftom our patio. Very nice. spacious rooms. A little further from Zion on entrance but on the free shuttle and you are able to get on the bus because you are on one of the first stops.
