There was black mold growing on the shower chair in the handicapped shower. It was also growing on the wall in the bathroom. Hair in the bed. Unclean overall. Floor was dirty, and there was a staple that stabbed my foot in the bathroom doorway. One of the beds was broken down and you slept on it slanted at an angle. Older hotel. That said, the free breakfast buffet was good. And the hotel was quiet at night.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely awful from start to finish. We were first assigned a room that had a horrible smell — a mix of cigarette smoke and dog urine — even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. We asked to change rooms, only to find that the second one smelled just as bad. The hide-a-bed couch had urine stains, which was completely disgusting, and even the pillows smelled like dog. The entire hotel looks old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly either. We had no choice but to stay for three nights because it was Parents Weekend and there were no other hotels available in the area. During our entire stay, no one came to clean the room or the bathroom. We are extremely disappointed. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will never stay here again.

Fall in Springdale

The breakfast buffet options were standard with some melons and yogurt. The only thing i would liked to have had was oatmeal in addition to the melons. I love feather pillows. Very soft and comfy.

Property was clean, well kept, staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Room was clean, bed was about ready for a new mattress, pillows were good. Parking lot was very cramped and small. No breakfast included with room, no complementary coffee that I could find other than in room and putting $50 on you card for possible other charges is not appreciated. They said it will be refunded less any other expenses in three to five days. This is unacceptable.
