Townhome 2 in Springdale, Zion National Park

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

A great choice for a Zion trip! The location works really well — we were in the park within minutes each morning, walking distance to restaurants, and having a grocery store next door was a nice convenience. The townhouse has good amenities (full kitchen, laundry, 2.5 bath, balcony and patio) and the hosts were responsive. The views were amazing too. Would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Great stay and would stay here again. Very close location to the entrance of Zion with amazing views. Comfortable beds, very clean house, many amenities provided and no need to buy anything extra unless have special preferences. The host was quick to respond and accommodating with requests. Can't be more happy with our stay. Only downside we encountered was the temperature of the house. We came during a winter storm. Thermostat works but the heating distribution was not even. Downstairs was cold while upstairs was hot due to the way vents were constructed and no basement to help hold heat on the ground floor. We made it work and would not deter us from staying here again.

Excellent place, very clean, great location. Would stay here again! A couple things to improve; Water pressure in showers is too weak and not hot enough. Also, the toaster needs to be replaced.

Family mighty 5 trip

The property is so nice, clean and comfortable with quality finishes. The location is ideal , minutes from stores, restaurants and Zion NP. 1 minute walk to Meme’s that had wonderful breakfast.The host was very kind and welcoming. She provided us with all of the info we needed in advance, she picked up immediately when I called upon arrival-we had a parking question. She was so great to work with and we would definitely choose this location again when we are back in the area.

This is an excellent unit (even better than in photos). It is very close to Zion and in the midst of eating/shopping options in Springdale. We were able to come back for an afternoon break from the park and go back in the evening. We had a great stay here for our family trip. All the amenities and attention to detail made us feel like at home.

Perfect Location for visiting Zion

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful stay in Matt and Trisha’s town home! The townhouse is perfectly located in Springdale. Easy walking distance to the grocery (Sol Foods), restaurants, shops, and gear rental. Made for a great base to explore Zion and the surrounding area. The townhouse was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay including laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Matt was responsive when we reached out. Even though the town house is in town, it was very peaceful and had beautiful views off the upper balcony. We had neighbors during the stay in the adjoining townhouse, but never heard any noise other than when both of our groups were outside on the patios/balconies (to be expected of course).We highly recommend Matt and Trisha’s townhouse and will definitely stay again if we get a chance to return to Zion!
