Nothing about the place felt safe. I am a mom traveling with my daughter. We got into our room and it looked like the doors had been previously kicked in. There was an attic opening in our room that was busted open. Absolutely did not feel safe. We left immediately.

The staff was extraordinary. I’ve rented 10 rooms in the last month on business and this was probably the cleanest room I’ve had. I am really satisfied, checking in and checking out was so fast and easy for me even though I am disabled. They were very nice anything that I needed they had immediately.

The staff was disrespectful, they didn't communicate with each other and didn't do anything they said they were going to do. The room was also dirty there was food and hair in the fridge, wires hanging out of the wall. And the bathroom shower was leaking in the wall and the floor was falling threw. The place was a dump for real. I have pictures of everything.

Surprised to find all electrical were not plugged in: lamps, microwave, refrigerator. Some outlets were not working either. Floor boards sagged at various locations, the worst spot is at the toilet. We stayed only because we were just passing through.

I did not stay the night. Upon check-in, it smelled horrible, and there were tons of shady people walking around. The parking lot was in poor condition. The guy told me he wouldn’t charge me because I didn’t even check in. He wanted me to pay him a cash deposit, but I just felt that was awkward when most places take your credit card. I’m thankful he didn’t make me stay and I shouldn’t be charged for this.
