The house is in a very convenient location close to Autzen Stadium, the University of Oregon, and downtown Springfield! This is one side of a beautifully remodel duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! One bedroom has a very comfortable Nod by Tuft and Needle queen bed! The other bedroom has an extremely comfortable Signature Sleep memory foam queen mattress!
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Willamette River. A kitchen and a TV are available in the vacation home.
