Overall stay was great! Room fairly clean corners need attention. My night stand light didn’t work I pulled out the table to see if it was plugged in to find dirty socks and a pair of glasses.

Observed ants in the bathroom. Bathtub drained really slow. Shower head looked rusty. Channel guide on TV remote didn't work. Our room was on the second floor and didn't like to have to go to the first floor to get ice. Breakfast buffet left alot to be desired and only open until 9 am.

The room was clean, the carpet soiled and torn. We had reservations and arrived at 4:00 by a very unfriendly staff woman who did not smile and did not say hello. We said we had a reservation and she said "your room is not ready", why? answer was we were very busy. When will it be ready. Answer was about 1/2 hour to one hour. No I am sorry. We went to eat and came back at 5:00. We went in, asked is our room ready? Answer No. we asked when? she said not sure. Will you call us when it is ready, She had our number and said she would. We came back at 6:00. She was sitting outside and we asked her when driving by where she was , is our room ready. She said Yes. I said why did you not call us? She said I tried and did not get an answer. I asked, Why did you not leave a message? She said "Ah, ah, ah, it would not let me. I said not true, my phone never had a call. We went in with our luggage and she just handed us our key. No further conversation except when I asked her about breakfast and further question about what time, where was the elevator and what kind of room. She says you have your key. I said what kind of room. I said, You know like the beds. The guy behind me even commented. Further, there were probably 8 plus people waiting in the lobby area for there rooms and she had been outside while they were inside. Got the feeling she did not want to be there. Breakfast had no milk for cereal. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed.
