Good customer service, but when looking for a hotel - the primary reason for us is to sleep. Uncomfortable hard beds and tiny pillows made it impossible for us to get any shut-eye. Bathroom was clean and nicely updated. Would have appreciated a long mirror somewhere. It felt odd that the second mirror was small and above the desk rather than over the counter with refrigerator, etc. Breakfast was decent, but had limited options.

Recently renovated lobby, easy access to dining and entertainment, central location in town, I have stayed here often and will do so again. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the area is good, no complaints at all.

The room was dirty. The closet had juice cartoons and something else in it, red stains on the carpet and chair. Floor wasn't vacuumed, bathroom had hair and conwebs. Turned on heat and smoke detector sounded. Maintenance guy said the other guy didn't clean the A/C vent. He said he would give us a stick disarm the smoke detector if we wanted the heat on and he would come back the next day- he didn’t. I took pictures.
