It welcomes pets and the location is very handy for shopping, navigating the city and is easy to access the airport from. The property itself has become a little worse for wear and some of the upgrades described in the listing need to be revisited.We were very disappointed to find many housekeeping issues, mostly in the kitchen.I had to reclean floors and other areas. The most basic of kitchen needs like salt and pepper and sugar and creamer packets were either non existent or very old. Coffee pot and tea pot were dirty. Drawers and other areas need wiped out or replaced. I replaced the clock battery and the drip pans on the stove. The beds were clean but the shower needs work and smells moldy. The yard and patio were full of branches and leaves as well as trash, like disposable cups, gloves, plastic, and cigarette butts.The patio itself is very unpleasant and unkept. The owner was notified and two people came and picked up branches and some of the trash. I told her there was only one wash cloth and no hand towels but no one ever brought any.I never did find the fire extinguisher or first aid kit.I have given the owner the whole list and feel confident they will look into it. We were very appreciative of things like having a washer and dryer and garage parking. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies but once done the house really is comfortable and served our needs outside of the kitchen issues. I'm sorry to only give it a good enough this time.
