The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, but the room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean and the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good and a lot to choose from. I stayed in this hotel for three days a month ago and the bed and pillows were comfortable at that time. I would recommend this hotel

Among the many hotels I've visited the last couple of years, this has been one of the better ones to stay, and one that my family will continue staying at. It's right by the highway and close to dining and shopping. It's clean ans I've had no issues.

Springfield location near 65 Hwy

Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was good. Service was slow due to one person at the desk and a bus load of athletes were getting checked in.

The staff is amazing. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. the rooms are extremely clean and I always feel so relaxed. My daughter is at Missouri State so we come to Springfield quite often. I will always stay here as the staff and rooms can't be beat and the prices are very fair and affordable which means alot when you have to pay college tuition!

Bed was comfortable, didn’t eat… thank you! Few of the furniture needs some updating. TV in the living room area not working. However, all in all I enjoyed everything here. Great staff. Friendliness, quiet. Peaceful.
