Great Staff, Great Stay

For a one night stay, it was all we needed. A nice, clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest when we checked in and the lady who checked us out was so nice!

We’ve stayed here quite a number of times and this time was a bit shocking at the obvious disrepair that greets you. The snow wasn’t cleared in most of the drive so it was slippery footing too. We asked to have the towels changed but housekeeping couldn’t manage to get that done either day. It’s happened at this location before so don’t expect it. The staff is friendly and gives the appearance of helpful but don’t say one thing and do another. It is clean! which is a huge plus and the coffee is good too.

I stayed for 2 nights and you could constantly hear people walking up and down the hallway upstairs. In addition I was across from the housekeepers area and there were 2 housekeepers that were having a conversation over the washer and dryers so they were shouting near the hall at 7:30am.

We usually stay at Greenstay when we’re in town. The front desk is so friendly and helpful everytime we come. Not once have we had an unfriendly person working the desk. Im so impressed. The room is always clean and nice. It’s also a good value!

I reserved King bed but at checkin was "not available". At bout 1:00pm i was told my card had been declined, but it hadn't. Outlets in room very bad; loose. Great bed, hot shower

It’s not the worst we have stayed at

It was a decent motel they was remodeling so a little messy out front. The front desk lady was very nice but new and definitely not enough training she had issues getting us checked in but was super friendly and apologized several times. The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable it was super firm in spots and me and the hubby both woke up sore. Other than that we didn’t eat breakfast, it was cold outside so pool was closed, but for the price it was very clean and nice people working
