The main area for improvement would be the reception service. At times, the greeting upon arrival felt a bit distracted and not as attentive as expected. Parking could also be more convenient, as it required a short walk. Overall, the stay was acceptable.

Room was fine, seemed clean, it was a little loud due to traffic outside. Pool was nice, though small. Check in is at 4. We got in at 430 and told room wasn't ready and it would be 30 min. 10min later they "switched our room" so it was ready. Card got charged twice which was very frustrating, but seems to be resolved now. Ate at Red Rose pizzeria restaurant nearby, definitely recommend that! Delicious and right around the corner.
