Lot of stuff is inop. Ice machineson floors, 3,4,5 were broken. Hot water in th kitchen was only Luke warm. Stayed there for 3 nights and no maid service the whole time. Parking is not free and is handled by a third party. Staff is friendly, but stuff still stays broken.

This property is a hidden gem in Springfield. Inside is well managed, clean, and an excellent value. I would give high praise for the management team. Checkin personnel was absolutely perfect, great manners and professional. Thank you for a very excellent stay. It meant alot for me to have peace of mind during my stay.

I am normally a Marriott lady, I gave Hilton a try and they exceeded my expectations. Aaron the night manager and Tameka front desk were very friendly and informative. Those two alone is why I will return to this property and give Hilton another chance. The rooms were clean, the morning staff was also great.
