Mukava hotelli keskellä yliopistokampusta.

Hotelli sopivasti keskellä yliopistoaluetta. Huone viihtyisä ja riittävän kokoinen. Vuoteet miellyttävät. Kauniit näkymät kampusalueen lammelle. Hotellirakennuksessn alakerrassa mahdollisuus ostaa opiskelijoiden kaupasta lämmintä valmisruokaa, käydä opiskelijapubissa tai opiskelijaruokalassa. UMassin iso kaupp, jossa kaikenlaisesta yliopistotavarasta vaatteista matkamuistoihin myös alakerrassa. Autopaikat kätevästi vartioidussa parkkitalossa hotellin yhteydessä, kuului hintaan. Oma auto muualle liikkumiseen on kätevintä. Hissien hurina kuuluu huoneisiin. Muutoin rauhallista. Henkilökunnan palveluasenne hieman nihkeää. Huoneet siistit, mutta niitä ei siivota ollenkaan ellet erikseen sitä pyydä. Kysyimme siitä respasta, kun huone oli jo toista päivää siistimättä, vuoteet sijaamatta ja pyyhkeet vaihtamatta. Kun kolmantena aamuna pyysimme siivousta, huone siivottiin vasta iltapäivällä klo 16 jälkeen. Kokolattiamatot. Aamiainen on puuroa, leipää, keitetty muna, muroja, mehua, jogurttia, säilyke- ja tuoreita hedelmiä, kahvia ja kahvileipää. Ihan riittävä ja täyttävä, mutta ei tuorevihanneksia, juustoa tai leikkeleitä, jos niitä kaipaa Aamiaisen nauttiminen toi haasteita aulan sohvalla tai nojatuolissa istuen. Mukava kokemus kaikkiaan arvosanalla 4/5.
