This hotel is very comfortable and clean! The staff was quite welcoming and patient, both the night and morning staff. We liked the breakfast available to us and found that the hotel was quite close to a shopping area with several dining options! We will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Hotel UMass did not disappoint. Very good rooms, best bed I've slept on since leaving home, excellent staff, good continental breakfast option, very convenient. Recommended!
