This is a great hotel for Springfield. Really cool art deco ‘20’s style. The rooftop bar is a great spot to hang out. The rooms were modern and clean, and the staff were so friendly.

The hotel is always spotless clean and staff is helpful. Easy parking with a three minute walk to you room. Roof top bar is always a unique and special place. Room is perfect and shower area is special. Always feel safe!

Style over substance. Very clean and well maintained accommodation and good dinner food and restaurant service but clunky hotel service, phone in room didn’t work, receptionist didn’t provide drinks vouchers or Wi-Fi code, confusion over breakfast times….schoolboy errors which detract from the bricks and mortar

Hotel was ok but over priced. They put is in the basement (no windows) and period noise that sounded like something large rolling across the floor above us ( the lobby). Bathroom was well done but furniture was pretty so-so quality. At $300 for 1 night I expected better.

The only improvement would be the towels, for a quality hotel they don’t match. I’ve had better towels at lesser hotels. And clean the shower head, Missouri has hard water so use a little white vinegar on it.
