First room was dirty and ants crawling. Was moved to a second room, which was also dirty, bathroom tub slow drain, stains everywhere, rugs were visibly disgusting and trash found underneath beds.

Very friendly staff; breakfast was decent; Very confusing to find rooms 1001-3; room was very low on toilet paper and tissues when we got there; the sidewalks in the front had over grown trees covering them; the hotel overall felt clean and safe.

First when driving into the property the front parking lot has huge potholes all over. Then when we walked into the lobby there was no staff there and we had to wait 5 minutes until he came back to the desk. He was cordial, but not friendly, when checking us in. When we got to our room there was a foul odor in the room and a big wet dirty stain in front of the mirror. I did not feel comfort at all staying in this room. After 15 minutes we checked out and left.

Check in took longer than expected. Television didn’t even receive basic networks. Vending machine didn’t work. No change available at front desk. Front desk staff apologized, but said there was nothing they could do. There seemed to be only one person on duty.

Was kind of nervous since the outside of the hotel looked sketchy and old however it was surprisingly decent. The free breakfast was delicious, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

We arrived with no rooms available except for 1 with no heat. It is 30 Degrees outside and they gave us extra blankets. Spoke to manager on the phone and he said to contact Expedia in the am to request a refund and he would approve the refund. How do I request the refund through you tomorrow ?
