The pool was so gross and outdated, chipping paint, the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see to the bottom at all. Open wires in our bedroom with some sort of electrical breaker uncovered. Free breakfast was understaffed and overrun with people. We didn’t get to eat, we had to go to dunks next door.

One woman at the check in desk was very rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. I walked by the desk later and she was also being rude to the person who was checking in after me. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I didn’t get her name but if I did I would absolutely call her out because of how disrespectful she was.

Check in was alarming bc 15 min after I got in the room, other people came in my room using keys that somehow worked!!! And then my keys became deactivated. And then there was such a a long line downstairs that I couldn't get new keys as I had somewhere I needed to be (line was probably 30 min long). And then when I called to say it really wasn't ok, all I got is an apology and an offer of late checkout (but I need to leave at 8am). Having someone walk into your hotel room is traumatic and I know errors occur but I definitely think some compensation is in order.
