The people who work there were friendly and helpful. The facility is in disrepair. The elevator door does not work properly, electric outlets in the rooms didn’t work, and the shower in one room did not work well. The refrigerator has such a loud noise, it was necessary to unplug it in order to sleep.

Second stay here, and will definitely come back. Rooms are clean and comfortable, especially for the price. The breakfast is adequate. Brought my own coffee this time, since last time it was awful (not a deal breaker). Easy to get to and convenient to all the places I need to go. The staff is super friendly. This time at checkout I watched them going above and beyond for a guest who had lost something.

I chose an accessible room with a walk in shower (they had only ONE room like that) and the shower head would only shoot at the floor without forcibly pushing it into the holder. I left a request for repair at the front desk as I was leaving so anyone else might not have to deal with that. The room was very clean tho, breakfast was good and it was convenient for me. . . Except for the shower head. The shower was very roomy and did had a shower seat.

The hotel was clean. The room had a slight musty odor that was probably from carpet and pets. Someone in next room had their tv very loud all night and sound came through walls making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was tasty and hot. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Overall a good place
