The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is amazing for adults who enjoy fine dining. The room was clean and organized. However, since we are seniors, we did not find the shower very welcoming. We like just a plain shower with a shower head above us. Our room was equipped with a spa like shower that spewed water in all different directions and very difficult to operate. The hot and cold adjustments were harsh and hard to move as the shower knobs are square and not easy to read. Someone can get terribly burned. A severe burn just waiting to happen to some poor soul. I know as it took about five minutes to adjust to the right temperature and water spout direction before I even proceeded. Just not senior friendly. A small heater in the bathroom would help as it is extremely cold in there. Other than the shower issue it is a very nice place to stay.

Not Like the Photos

This place is very dated and you can tell it's old upon arrival. The room we got smelled like cigarettes, there were screaming kids and you could hear the people talking in the room next to us like we were in their room. It was a connecting room. There was zero privacy. We went back to the front desk and asked if they could move us. The lady was super nice and accommodating. We were moved to more of a "hotel" room without a connecting door. It was a lot nicer and quieter. At night we heard a lot of traffic and loud music from cars driving by due to the location. Carpets definitely need to be replaced. They give the room an unclean/dirty hotel like smell. It wasn't the worst ever, but we can get a much nicer place for the same price elsewhere so we probably won't be going back there.

After a long day of traveling with my daughter, it was nice to pull in to a safe space offering a restaurant within the hotel for a late dinner. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Not only was the food delicious, but the atrium was pretty all staff were very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for Missouri Girls State wrestling and plan to use this same hotel moving forward. The kids pool was a big hit with my daughters and it wore them out!! They were tired and parents could relax. Plus we love having a starbucks in the hotel. We got something everyday and the workers were pleasant.

It was a great stay the room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the only down side was there were a couple schools there and the pool area was crazy. But my stay was great. Oh and be careful about the showers the shower door handle it me as o was getting out!!

Such friendly staff, very clean and felt like we was in the tropics with all the palm trees. Breakfast was good and pool was nice and clean. Rooms were very nice with fancy amenities and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Super clean and GREAT value!

We live a couple hours away but we were looking for a quick family getaway. One of the cleanest and nicest hotels for the price I've stayed in. Very classy looking entry, huge vaulted indoor pool area where they had a nice little breakfast in the mornings and Starbucks throughout the day. Outdoor pool was closed due to it being winter still but it looked like a nice area too. Great place to stay and highly recommend!

The hotel itself is OK but I just don’t think it is up to par for the price we paid per night. During check in and older woman came out the front door telling me how drunk she was and fell out the door and onto her face on the concrete sidewalk in front of my kids, she had to be picked up by strangers and leaned against a pillar. We stayed 2 nights, the first night the police came to arrest the people next door after the man beat the woman for about an hour. Night 2 - our A/C & Heat both went out and we were told for 3 hours that maintenance was coming. After 3 hours we went and bought a fan at Walmart and put our kids to bed. After that I called the desk again and was told they were not available until tomorrow but I could move to the other side of the hotel. Seriously after midnight you offer this? The pool was too crowded because it gets rented for multiple birthday parties. The breakfast was gross and I didn’t even know breakfast could be that bad. It was just not a good visit as much as I wanted it to be.
