The toilet did not work at all. The TV did not work. When I attempted to call the desk to let them know the phone did not work at all. After going down in person and complaining 20 minutes later, I was moved to a different room. The beds were horrible. And a couple was fighting all night long. We could hear them arguing until about 2:30 in the morning. Our stay was a nightmare.
