Very clean and affordable

Overall my family had a good experience. The power was shut off to the building without prior notice and my 12 yr old daughter was stuck in the elevator until the power came back on. Breakfast could have been better if it was kept stocked and had quicker refills. Left hungry every morning because we got tired of waiting.

Check in was easy and fast. When we got to our room it was very spacious and clean. The king size bed mattress is on its last leg. Bumpy and somewhat uncomfortable. The smoke detector in one bedroom was dangling from the ceiling not fully attached as it should have been. The exhaust fan was very dirty and dust was collecting all around it on the ceiling. The shower doors would not stay closed causing major water issues on the tiled floor. We asked for every other day house keeping and did not receive any. The tv advertised free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. When we went for a cup the only option was some hot cider. Breakfast was ok, they had a hard time keeping things full I guess due to the hotel being pretty full. Coffee and creamer were both empty when we tried to get some. Overall it was quiet and seemed to be in a good area but for the money we spent for 3 nights I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel is excellent but parking lot was full when I returned to park late at night. Two buses were taking up multiple spots and there was still snow in several others. Parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel.

Spacious rooms, great for large groups

Check-In was great. The front desk employee was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. All parking and entry doors were convenient. Breakfast 8:15am – Items ran out and slow to be replenished. Hot eggs were not good. Placement of waffles and cereal is hidden, and did not see them until we were leaving. Microwave in breakfast area would also be convenient. I opted to get breakfast elsewhere on 2nd day. Room: Plenty of space, big closet was nice to keep luggage out of the way. I love the layout and privacy glass for desk as it allowed for other changing areas. Comfortable beds and bedding. Trundle bed rather the typical “couch bed” was a brilliant design decision. What would have made our stay more comfortable? #1 and SO important, add a mirror outside of the bathroom. Traveling and getting ready with others was challenging with only mirror in the bathroom and having to wait on the others to get out. TV: The way it is positioned is only visible from couch, or one bed. Replacing TV mount with an arm mount would solve for this and TV could stay in same location. Or suggest centering in front of beds. Traveling 10-12 times a year, these two things are important to me. I have not stayed anywhere that did not have a mirror on the outside of bathroom, or TV not visible from both beds. Consider coat hooks near door, this would be more convenient when the closet is on the far side of the room.
