We had a wonderful stay at this hotel although just for one night. The hotel was everything that other reviewers on Hotels. com mentioned; exceptionally clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices available and coffee in the lobby was exceptional (rich and not watered down...even the decaf!) One piece of constructive feedback: I have arthritis and very small hands. I had difficulty with the squeeze bottles in the bathroom for lotion, soap, etc...perhaps this could be looked at; also as my husband was with me he was able to assist and I did not need to request any assistance from Guest Services. We would definitely visit this hotel again if we are in the Chicopee area.

The property was fine. However Tru didn’t honor my Expedia room reservation for a King bed and we were stuck in a queen for 4-nights which was UNACCEPTABLE. However it was NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore I’d be very hesitant to ever use Expedia again. Yes I contacted Expedia via messenger/email and only got an automated reply that they’d forwarded it to the motel.
