This facility was nice and clean. The staff was great. A couple of things of note : this property is the eoitomy of trying to streamline space. The rooms are tiny. No closet space and kind of awkward placement of desk, TV, etc. Also, the location is apparently very popular for emergency vehicle traffic. Just things to note.

so upon booking i really didnt expect to like the room as much as i did! but the Property exceeded my expectations! i walked in and instantly was impressed. i had a room with a balcony , it was wonderful and cute! house keeping is amazing 5stars! breakfast wasn’t bad at all! will return!! and definitely recommend ! book it!

Room ok. Very noisy

The room is tiny. The shower walls are poorly designed that the glass walls are in the bedroom area so at night if your spouse uses the restroom and you’re a light sleeper you’re gonna wake to the lights. The road noise was horrible. I will say the bed was pretty comfortable.

Our room looked directly onto Sunshine st facing east. The noise level was surprisingly low, from the outside and around the hallways and other rooms. Very cute, great coffee in the rooms, nice bed and pillows, and we loved the rainfall showerhead! We will definitely stay in this well-situated hotel again!

The room was clean as was the facility. However, the room was tiny. Could barely walk around the bed. Also, the street noise was bothersome. It sits on one of Springfield's busiest streets. We stayed here because of a plumbing emergency and chose this place because it is close to our house and is fairly new. We tolerated the room size because of the situation. It would not have sufficed if we had been traveling. The staff was friendly.
