You get what you pay for. This place is essentially a run-down motel that's outdated and in serious need of maintenance. I stayed for three days, and not once did housekeeping come by to make the bed or empty the trash. I had to ask for clean towels myself. I pre-checked in and even called the front desk on the day of arrival to let them know I’d be arriving at midnight. I got there at 11:55 PM, but it still took over 45 minutes and two calls to customer service just to get into my room—without even being fully checked in. Every time I asked to speak with the manager—whether in the morning or afternoon—I was told either he hadn't arrived yet or had already left for the day. Very disappointing experience overall.

Solid stay location for an economical base to explore into DC. A bit of wear and tear but the benefits outweigh any small blemish. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Pre-Check in via email sped up the desk process. Room was spacious with easily controlled temp. Had coffee maker, fridge, HDTV. Bathroom/shower was clean. That counter surround of the toilet though, better to be left handed :) They have a shuttle to take you to Metro station, super easy to use and fast response when called. Breakfast was standard fare for this level but use it to get some calories in for the trek then grab a big lunch further up the line. Staff were all pleasant and working hard to maintain the property.

The bathroom needs to be refurbished. The sink leaked. The bathtub faucet leaked. The bathroom tile floor grout was missing making the floor feel loose. The air conditioner was also noisy.

Pet friendliness is a plus but the hotel is outdated so are the beds. We had to change a room because the bed was basically broken. There is a smell at the hotel and we kept itching during our stay. Idk if there are bed bugs or something. I wouldn’t stay here again
