One of the best hotel in Sri Aman.

Arrived at around 4.30pm after a long journey. Off cause I need a quick rest,the receptionist at the front desk were very helpful with requests within minutes we were off to our room. Having breakfast is good with the kitchen staffs smiling. ...and not forgetting the housekeeping staff with their speedy service upon my request. Thank you everybody.

Check in procedure was smooth.. The room worth it your money.. Breakfast menu was so-so.. The front desk staff lack of smile and not guest- friendly..

There was no hair drying provided. Overall stay was okay. Only the sound proofing should be improved as we could hear the neighbor rooms opened and closed their doors.

Overall is good. Tv programmes could add more. Car park in front of hotel is too limited.

Lousy hotel, poor management

Very bad experience, hotel was booked online but when i reached there apparently hotel was fully booked and the hotel claimed that hotels.com was not their appointed agent. as a result,my booking was declined!!
