Sunny Villa also has a handy driveway suitable for up to 3 cars, a rarity in small Cornish villages.

This lovely holiday home is ideally located for those wanting to explore everything Cornwall has to offer as well as being well suited for families, friends and couples alike with close proximity to St Agnes & Perranporth beach.

Mithian is part of the St Agnes parish, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and there are some wonderful walks to be found close by, offering vivid scenery along the South West Coast Path, whether you choose to head west to St Agnes or east to Perranporth

Sunny Villa has a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a living room with Smart TV & separate dining room. The four bedrooms include a king-size, 2 doubles and a single bedroom to the first floor, serviced by 2 bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom. You'll find a shop & and a famous, well renowned thatched pub, the Miners Arms within the hamlet itself.

The house was wonderful. A classic Cornish house full of charm. The space itself was perfect, two living rooms for everyone to spread out, great kitchen and good sized bedrooms. TV had sky and all the apps. The garden was great (closed in for dogs but spacious) and would be ideal for the summer. Location in Mithian is a good spot - just a few mins drive from St Agnes and Perranporth, plus dog walks directly from the house. Miners Arms next door was our go to for dinners (really nice food and a good price). Plenty of space on driveway for 2 or 3 cars. Our host was lovely, very welcoming to our dog with provided treats, bowls and beds. Welcome hamper for us on arrival was a really nice touch and very responsive for the odd question here and there. We would recommend and would stay again!
