About the Property
An Teallach, named after one of the most iconic mountain ranges in the Scottish Highlands, is a beautifully designed holiday home in Balmullo, Fife, created by the architect owners through their practice, Forge Design Studio, with thoughtful design and quality materials throughout.

Set in peaceful countryside with private parking, the house offers far reaching views across Fife and accommodates up to ten guests in line with its licence.

Living Space and Bedrooms
The open plan living space is centred around a wood burning stove, with corner windows framing views of the countryside.

There are four bedrooms. Two feature zip and link super king beds, usable as a super king or two singles. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the bunk room includes a double bed with a single above and a trundle below, suitable for children.

Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk in showers, and the principal bedroom includes a bath within the room. Upstairs, the family bathroom features a bath. A separate study provides a double sofa bed.

Kitchen and Dining
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for group stays, with an expanding dining table seating up to ten guests, a boot room and utility area, and a bar area off the kitchen.

Guest Access and Important Information
Guests can also enjoy a cosy snug and a garage converted gym with a Peloton bike, rowing machine, free weights and yoga mats, plus a patio with BBQ plinth outside.

The property is approached via a long, unpaved track. While suitable for most vehicles, very low cars may find access challenging, so please drive slowly and plan accordingly.
